Справедливо поднятые вопросы по теме разрушения Каховской ГЭС вряд ли будут хоть в какой-то мере решаться в обозримом будущем, потому как ни нам, ни противнику сейчас и ещё непонятно на какой период времени точно не до этого.
Ну а о созидании, как видится, речь в принципе вряд ли пойдёт, пока не будут выделены хоть какие-то средства, которые смогут заинтересовать ответственных лиц в плане их "освоения". Потому что по-другому у нас, к сожалению, не бывает.
