💢 گیاه «تخم‌مرغ رنگ‌کُنه» در روستای دستگرد قم

در گذشته، مردم روستای دستگرد در ایام نوروز از این گیاه برای رنگ کردن تخم‌مرغ‌ها استفاده می‌کردند و آن‌ها را به‌عنوان عیدی به کودکان می‌دادند.

این گیاه در ماه اسفند و اوایل بهار می‌روید و گلی شبیه به دانه‌های توت، به رنگ آبی- بنفش دارد. برای رنگ کردن تخم‌مرغ‌ها، مقداری از این گیاه تک‌دانه‌ای را در کماجدونی از آب می‌ریختند و تخم‌مرغ‌ها را درون آن قرار می‌دادند. با جوشیدن، آب به رنگ آبی درمی‌آمد و تخم‌مرغ‌ها پس از پخت، رنگی می‌شدند.
