Завод "Горэлтех" перешел к "Ростеху".

Правительство передало "Ростеху" 75% уставного капитала завода "Горэлтех", который разрабатывает и производит взрывозащищенное электрооборудование, которое поставляется "Газпрому", "Лукойлу", "Роснефти" и "Росатому".

У завода семь филиалов и три производственные площадки - в Санкт-Петербурге, Тюмени и в Казахстане.

Остальные 25% по-прежнему принадлежат немецкой компании R.Stahl, одному из крупнейших международных поставщиков оборудования и решений в области взрывозащиты.
