اقدامات اسکودا در موضوع «وکلای در معرض خطر»؛ از کنشگری‌های کمیته مربوطه تا تفاهم‌نامه با فراجا/ وکلا تهدیدها علیه خود را گزارش کنند

▪️وکلای دادگستری به تبع کار مستقل و حرفه‌ای که در پیشگاه عدالت انجام می‌دهند و دفاعی که همواره از اصول دادرسی منصفانه می‌کنند، با انواع تهدیدها و فشارها مواجه هستند. وکلای دادگستری در تلاش‌اند تا اطمینان حاصل کنند که حقوق متهمان نقض نمی‌شود؛ لذا در چنین شرایطی، ممکن است مورد تهدید - خواه تهدید فیزیکی باشد خواه لفظی - قرار گیرند، تا از وکالت پرونده کنار روند.

▪️به گزارش روابط عمومی اسکودا، متاسفانه در آخرین نمونه از این تهدید فیزیکی، وکیل علی سلیمانی از وکلای عضو کانون وکلای دادگستری فارس و کهگیلویه و بویراحمد به ضرب گلوله و با سلاحی آغشته به کین به قتل رسید و بار دیگر جامعه وکالت ایران را اندوهگین ساخت، وکیلی که در مسیر دفاع از حقوق موکل خود و بسط عدالت به عنوان یک مدافع راستین حق و حقیقت تلاش کرد..
