Первый предлагает отменить срок давности для проверок сертификатов о знании русского языка и истории для лиц, получивших гражданство РФ. Сейчас срок проверок таких сертификатов на подлинность составляет 10 лет.
Второй документ предполагает запретить оформление лицензий на оружие россиянам со вторым гражданством.
Отметим, что сходные с последним законопроектом положения действуют в Литве и Латвии: там белорусов и россиян лишили прав на владение оружием.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
