Сообщается, что злоумышленник арендовал квартиру в центре города, установил камеры наблюдения и заложил взрывчатку. Он сообщил о якобы произошедшем домашнем насилии - имитируя женский голос, позвонил в полицию.

Прибывшие на место полицейские заметили "растяжку" и успели покинуть помещение. Мужчина был задержан, ему грозит до 12 лет тюрьмы.
