Член ЦК КПРФ Дмитрий Дубовенко стал виновником смертельной аварии, произошедшей на проспекте Ленина в Туле. Согласно предварительной информации, его автомобиль "Шевроле Камаро" выехал на встречную полосу, где столкнулся с машиной "Тойота Камри". От удара "Тойоту" отбросило на другие автомобили.

В результате происшествия пассажирка "Тойоты Камри" скончалась на месте, а водитель был доставлен в больницу с тяжелыми травмами. Остальные участники аварии отделались незначительными повреждениями.

По имеющимся данным, Дубовенко находился за рулем в состоянии алкогольного опьянения. На месте происшествия он был задержан сотрудниками ДПС. В настоящий момент проводится расследование.
