Как подчеркнул академик, почти 99 % из этих журналов – «мусорные». Выступая на сессии «Как научному журналу попасть в “Белый список”», академик отметил, что в Китае, например, на все науки существует около 2 тысяч научных журналов, несмотря на гораздо большее количество ученых. И это всё журналы международного уровня.
