Андрей Михнович после шести непростых лет покинул пост директора департамента гражданской защиты и пожарной безопасности Тюменской области. Время для перехода, на первый взгляд, не самое удачное. Обычно, весна у нас – это паводок и пожары. Впрочем, в этом году катастрофы по этим направлениям не наблюдается. Конкретной информации о том, куда Михнович уходит, пока что нет. Надеемся, что человек просто устал и переходит на более спокойный рабочий фронт. И никакого криминального шлейфа не последует. Хватит уже.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country.
