Служба государственного строительного надзора и экспертизы Петербурга аннулировала разрешение на строительство комплекса апартаментов на месте бывшего дома отдыха "Комарово" (ул. Отдыха, 6), выданное в 2023 году ООО "Комарово Девелопмент" (владелец с мая прошлого года — Дмитрий Криштанович).
Компания планировала возведение на 2,6 га апарт–отеля из восьми трёх– и четырёхэтажных корпусов с подземными паркингами общей площадью 11 тыс. м2.

Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
