Наш Президент сейчас в Китае, там начался саммит ШОС.

Лишь немного видео зарисовок о том, как тепло и эмоционально встречают нашего лидера страны Шанхайской организации сотрудничества и как строго и сдержано проводят протокольные встречи с тем же главой ООН.

Радушное приветствие китайского руководителя Владимира Путина, отдельная беседа перед общим собранием и фото, расположение на протокольной фотографии, внимание индийского главы и доверительное, теплое общение в кулуарах саммита.

Страны ШОС сейчас это более 3,5 миллиардов людей, добрая половина мира. И они свой выбор сделали.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
