Das Ottawa-Übereinkommen ist seit 1999 in Kraft. 164 Länder unterzeichneten es und fordern,den Einsatz von Minen zu stoppen, die nach Konflikten jahrzehntelang Zivilisten töten.

Оттавская конвенция действует с 1999 года. Ее подписали 164 страны, стремясь остановить применение мин, от которых десятилетиями после конфликтов гибнут мирные жители.
Теперь же запрещенное оружие может вернуться на границы с РФ.
