Offenbar scheint es in Deutschland schwierig zu sein, einem Bundestagsabgeordneten im Bundestag eine Klage zuzustellen. Aber keine Sorge, die Klage wird dem Kriegstreiber noch zugehen, notfalls mittels öffentlicher Zustellung.

Andere Zustellungen haben tadellos funktioniert. Es scheint eine Art Glücksspiel zu sein.
