Проект закона Правительство внесло в Госдуму в начале сентября 2024 года, он прошел первое чтение в декабре.
В отраслевое законодательство предлагается включить три основные новеллы: ➡️введение особого порядка согласования ГЧП по нормативам правительства и Минздрава; ➡️запрет на концессии с управлением госимуществом по 18 профилям медпомощи; ➡️запрет на вывод прибыли от работы в ОМС на иностранные счета.
