Потому что, во-первых, что такое этот господин, известно даже публично и очень давно. Но закрыли его только сейчас.
А во-вторых, сумма, из-за которой закрыли. Для него это даже не карманные деньги, а статистическая погрешность. Такие, как он, деньги считают не миллионами, а чемоданами.
