Недопустимо вооружать страну-агрессора, изгнавшую нас, западных азербайджанцев с исконных земель, на протяжении 30 лет оккупировавшую азербайджанские земли и до сих пор в своей Конституции продолжающую предъявлять территориальные претензии к нашей стране.
Община Западного Азербайджана призывает Грецию не рассматривать вопросы с этнической призмы и религиозного фанатизма, а также воздерживаться от опасных шагов, обостряющих ситуацию в регионе», - говорится в заявлении.
