✳️ دیدار سرپرست دانشگاه ارومیه با فعالین فرهنگی دانشگاه

🔹دکتر محمود رضازاد سرپرست دانشگاه ارومیه با نمایندگان فعالین فرهنگی دانشگاه از جمله دبیران انجمن های علمی دانشجویی، مسئولین تشکل ها، هیات مذهبی و کانون های فرهنگی طی نشستی دیدار و گفتگو نمود.

🔹دکتر رضازاد در این نشست دکتر ملکی مدیر امور فرهنگی دانشگاه نیز حضور داشت، ضمن تاکید بر اهمیت فعالیت های فرهنگی در دانشگاه گفت: دانشگاه باید یک برنامه فرهنگی منظم و مدون بر اساس سلایق دانشگاهیان داشته باشد. دانشجویان قطعه اصلی پازل اکوسیستم دانشگاه هستند. در جلسات تنظیم تقویم برنامه های فرهنگی باید نمایندگان دانشجویان نیز حضور داشته باشند.

🔹در ادامه جلسه نمایندگان فعالین فرهنگی نکته نظرات و مسائل خود را بیان نمودند.

🔹محل ثابت انجمن های علمی در دانشکده ها، نمیانده انجمن های علمی در شواری فرهنگی، ارتباط با صنعت، نشست های انتقال تجربه، تجهیز سالن شهید چمران و افزایش حمایت ها، از جمله درخواست های فعالین فرهنگی بود که در این جلسه مطرح شد.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
