Вчера вечером Украина наносила удары по жилому кварталу, где находилась школа №2. От обстрелов возник пожар и здание выгорело изнутри.

«В результате обстрела со стороны ВСУ в здании школы на первом этаже возник пожар. Огонь удалось потушить. Выгорело 17 квадратных метров площади. Ночью в результате очередного варварского обстрела здание школы загорелось снова», — сообщили в администрации Новокаховского округа.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
