#زمان_الوصل تقدّم المحامي باسل سعيد مانع بشكوى رسمية إلى النيابة العامة في دمشق ضد غادة الشعراني، متهمًا إياها بارتكاب جرائم الذم والقدح والتحقير، والنيل من هيبة الدولة والوحدة الوطنية، وإثارة النعرات الطائفية. وقد تم قيد الشكوى برقم ادعاء 1645، وأصبحت منظورة أمام قاضي التحقيق الثاني بدمشق.
وطالب مانع في شكواه باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية بحق المشكو منها، بما في ذلك إلقاء القبض عليها، والتحقيق معها، ومحاكمتها أمام المحكمة الجزائية المختصة، إضافة إلى المطالبة بمعاقبتها وفق أحكام القانون، والحكم عليها بدفع تعويض مادي مناسب.
وفي سياق متصل، أعلن المحامي مانع أن الشكوى المقدّمة ضد الراهبة أغنس قد تم إحالتها إلى النائب العام للجمهورية نظرًا لكونها تحمل جنسية أجنبية.
وختم المحامي مانع تصريحه بالقول: "سأبقى المدافع الأول عن سوريا وشعبها العظيم."
