Итоги года работы зарубежных представительств Башкирии.
Отчитывался сегодня еле говорящий на русском языке и постоянно запинающийся руководитель представительства в Австрии Маркус Шайбльхофер. Контрактов подписанных нет, одни намерения. По его словам, 4 (!) потенциальных инвестора из Австрии рассматривают возможность переговоров. И больше ничего конкретного.
Надо ли говорить, что представителей Башкирии в Турции и Италии даже не заслушали. Видимо, там дела ещё хуже.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows.
