Полтора года назад, когда эпидемия только начиналась и вся страна не работала 3 месяца, подобного и близко не было. Сейчас есть возможность работать и отдыхать, в отличии от тех долгих месяцев. Поэтому губернатор выбрал правильный момент и правильный формат, для того, чтобы внести ясность в ситуацию и донести свою точку зрения. И это у него получилось довольно доходчиво и искренне, я полагаю.
