Сначала уголовное дело по факту причинения тяжкого вреда здоровью по неосторожности завели в УМВД. После смерти пострадавшей его направили в Следственный комитет. Теперь мужчину подозревают в убийстве по неосторожности.
У погибшей осталось двое несовершеннолетних детей.
