Структура была образована в результате слияния Пенсионного фонда и Фонда социального страхования, она начала работать в России с 1 января. Первым зампредседателя Социального фонда стала Татьяна Суслина — ранее она была замглавы ФСС.
Места еще двух заместителей заняли Александр Чернышев и Ярослав Омелай (были зампредами правления ПФР).
Председателем Социального фонда является Сергей Чирков, ранее он был врио председателя правления ПФР.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
