Стройка ожидается по адресу ул. Верейская, 12. Местечко богемное: с четырёх сторон лес, в двух шагах река, престижный Запад Москвы, но и до центра близко.

Судя по свежим рендерам, будут корпуса высотой 11 этажей, 35-этажки, а также таунхаусы. Раньше в сети всплывали и другие версии проекта, посмотрим, что таки построят.

Ждём старта, но с учётом локации ценник будет недетский...
