🔹 بنا به اعلام استانداری:فردا دوشنبه ۲۶ آذرماه ۱۴۰۳ تمامی ادارات، دانشگاه‌ها و مدارس استان همدان تعطیل شد.
🔹به گزارش پایگاه اطلاع‌رسانی استانداری همدان، بنا به اعلام استانداری و باتوجه پیش‌بینی سازمان هواشناسی و سرمای شدید هوا، فردا دوشنبه مورخ ۱۴۰۳/۰۹/۲۶ تمامی دستگاه‌های اجرایی، ادارات، نهادها، شرکت‌ها و بانک‌ها به استثناء دستگاه‌ها و بخش‌های امدادی، درمانی، بهداشتی و خدمات‌رسان در سطح استان و همچنین تمامی دانشگاه‌ها و مدارس در تمامی مقاطع تحصیلی تعطیل خواهند بود.

Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
