✔️ رییس صندوق نوآوری و شکوفایی با اشاره به قانون جهش تولید دانش‌بنیان گفت: نقطه عطف این قانون، ماده ۱۱ و بحث اعتبار مالیاتی است. بر اساس این ماده شرکت‌های بزرگ مالیات‌پرداز می‌توانند این مالیات را مثلا برای ساخت یک آزمایشگاه (با شرایط خاص) در دانشگاه یا پارک علم و فناوری هزینه کنند که این هزینه‌کرد، معادل اعتبار مالیاتی برای آنها محسوب خواهد شد.
