Он состоит из более чем 20 бунгало, также будет включать кемпинговые зоны, дома отдыха и частные резиденции, спроектированные известными архитекторами. Строительство El Cosmico планируют завершить к 2026 году, а сам комплекс займет территорию более 24 гектаров.

Строения будут возводиться с помощью запатентованной системы промышленной 3D-печати Vulcan, заправленной цементообразной смесью Lavacrete, которая через сопло выдавливается наружу, формируя структуры зданий нужной конфигурации.
