В Вологде проходит фестиваль ледяных скульптур «Сердце города». В Череповце аналогичный ледяной фестиваль на тему Великой Победы отменили из-за погоды в начале февраля. Поэтому в Вологде все фигуры мастера изготавливают в соответствии с тематикой Победы в Великой Отечественной Войне.

Фестиваль в Вологде проходит уже 3 раз. Участники приехали из Череповца, Вельска, Архангельска и других городов. Вологодские мастера тоже вырезают фигуры. Всего на Кремлевской площади будет 15 уникальных скульптур. Церемония награждения состоится завтра.
