Подрядчик должен будет выполнить полный комплекс инженерных изысканий, археологическое обследование участка, подготовить проектную документацию, предусмотреть остановки для автобусов, ливнёвки, озеленение, границы благоустройства, тротуары для пешеходов и при необходимости шумозащитные экраны. Срок окончания проектирования до 15 декабря.
