وقد تسلم أوراق الاعتماد الشيخ مكتوم بن بطي آل مكتوم، مدير مكتب وزارة الخارجية الإماراتية، حيث رحب بالسيد فدا، وتمنى له التوفيق والنجاح المستمر في أداء مهامه الجديدة.
وخلال اللقاء، أشاد الشيخ مكتوم بتعزيز العلاقات السياسية والاقتصادية والتجارية بين أفغانستان ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
يشار إلى أن العلاقات السياسية والاقتصادية والتجارية بين #أبوظبي و #كابل شهدت في الآونة الأخيرة تطورًا ملحوظًا، ويأمل الجانبان في تعزيزها بشكل أكبر.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
