Ctrl + стрелка — перемещение в конец (до последней заполненной ячейки) в направлении стрелки; Двойной щелчок по границе ячейки — перемещение в соответствующем направлении (ловим курсор со стрелками во все стороны)
Любое из этих действий с нажатой клавишей Shift — и получите не просто перемещение, а выделение ячеек!
