🔸سازمان امور مالیاتی کشور اعلام کرد: به موجب قانون بودجه سال ۱۴۰۳ کل کشور نرخ مالیات بر ارزش افزوده موضوع ماده(۷) قانون مالیات بر ارزش افزوده در سال ۱۴۰۳ به میزان یک واحد درصد(از ۹% به ۱۰%) افزایش یافته است.
🔹مؤدیان مشمول نظام مالیات بر ارزش افزوده در موارد عرضه کالا و خدمات مشمول، مکلف‌اند از ابتدای سال ۱۴۰۳ و در زمان صدور صورتحساب، مالیات و عوارض ارزش افزوده را به نرخ ۱۰ درصد در صورتحساب درج و از خریدار دریافت کنند.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
