Хотя часть детей уже зачислена в лагеря, где с ними проводится работа по патриотическому воспитанию, значительное количество детей не являются воспитаниками лагерей и соответственно с ними не проводится работа по патриотическому воспитанию, что приводит к неравномерному охвату. «Поэтому не нужно забывать о детских лагерях и о детях, которые негде не участвуют по тем или иным причинам, дети, которые находятся в особо опасных условиях, это тоже наше будущее, которое будет зависеть от нас с вами».
