Суд Москвы избрал меру пресечения вступившему в Легион Свобода России*

Постановлением Тверского районного суда города Москвы Красько Петру Евгеньевичу избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения в виде заключения под стражу на срок 1 месяц 28суток, то есть до 21 сентября 2024 года.

Он обвиняется в совершении преступления, предусмотренного
ч. 2 ст. 208 УК РФ (Организация незаконного вооруженного формирования или участие в нем, а равно участие в вооруженном конфликте или военных действиях в целях, противоречащих интересам Российской Федерации).

*Решением Верховного Суда Российской Федерации признано террористической организацией.
