По данным Kompra, QSG HOLDING LIMITED была учреждена 1 декабря 2023, то есть спустя 10 дней после выпуска облигаций. 30 октября 2023 года Лаврентьев также учредил ТОО «Qazaqstan Steel Group» с видом деятельности «литье стали».
Сегодня министр промышленности и строительства Канат Шарлапаев сообщил, что специально созданная Лаврентьевым компания уже выпустила облигации для финансирования сделки по покупке казахстанских активов ArcelorMittal. @nb_kz
