#открыто #мск Рядом с Лубянской площадью, на первом этаже отеля «The St. Regis Москва Никольская» появился ресторан GUSSI. Этот новый проект - часть сети ресторанов авторской кухни от Bridgeteam. Флагманский ресторан расположен на берегу Черного моря в Ялте, ещё два на Кубани - в Адлере и Краснодаре. Кроме того, эта же команда открыла Мекензи 1783 в Севастополе и Женеву в Ялте.

Под руководством бренд-шефа Вячеслава Беркута здесь подают авторские блюда русской кухни, сопровождая компотами, квасом и настойками на современный лад. Особое место в карте уделено российским винам. Преимущественно крымским.

А за атмосферой в зале, как и в других проектах, следит настоящий гусь - Эдуард уже засветился в компании первых гостей ресторана.
