По итогам года в Петербурге будут свободны лишь 3,6% , а ввод качественных офисов едва дотянет до 100 тысяч кв. м.
Даже 100 тыс. м2 новой офисной недвижимости в Петербурге удастся сдать только при условии ввода новой очереди "Невской ратуши", что маловероятно, отметила эксперт агентства недвижимости NF Group по офисному рынку Регина Волошенко. Так что реальный показатель, по ее словам, в итоге может оказаться еще ниже. В прошлом году объем ввода офисов в городе был на 25% больше.
Вакантность в офисах Петербурга, сказала Волошенко, в 2024 году также рекордно низкая — 3,6%. Всего в Петербурге свободны в настоящий момент 155 тыс. м2 офисов (28 тыс. м2 (или 1,9%) в классе "А" и 127 тыс. м2 (или 4,5%) в классе "В").
