Сирийский центр мониторинга за соблюдением прав человека назвал атаку в Тартусе в ночь на 16 декабря «самыми мощными ударами» в этом районе за последние десять лет.
Во время взрывов из-за авиаударов и детонации боеприпасов ресурсы по слежению за землетрясениями зафиксировали в Тартусе толчки магнитудой 3.0.
В городе Джебла, расположенном в Латакии, прозвучало «множество взрывов».
Тем временем представитель пришедшей к власти группировки «Хайат Тахрир аш-Шам» заявил, что за последние дни Россия в координации с новыми властями Сирии перебросила из Дамаска на авиабазу Хмеймим не менее 400 российских военнослужащих.

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
