По моему поручению сегодня в зону проведения СВО из Пензенской области отправили очередную партию гуманитарного груза, которую мы собрали по заявкам командиров воинских частей, сформированных на территории Пензенской области.
🇷🇺Мы передали более 8 тонн стройматериалов, необходимых для обустройства блиндажей, средства радиоэлектронной борьбы, квадрокоптеры и более 100 единиц детекторов дронов, позволяющих заблаговременно обнаруживать беспилотные летательные аппараты противника и принимать меры к их уничтожению — эти модели уже хорошо себя зарекомендовали в зоне проведения СВО. Еще отправили три квадроцикла и два новых автомобиля «Нива».
🇷🇺Техника и строительные материалы очень нужны для обеспечения безопасности наших военнослужащих и достижения Победы. Мы добиваемся этого вместе. Своих не бросаем.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
