Я правильно понял: допустим, тебе выделяют 4,2 миллиарда из бюджета, ты забираешь себе, например, на карман 2 ярда или по более, что-то для видимости делаешь, затем подделываешь отчёт, получаешь штраф 230 миллионов, и снова работаешь, как ни в чём ни бывало? А чё так можно было?!😆😂
