Основной объем груза, 8,6 млн т (+1,2%), прошел через погранпереход Забайкальск – Маньчжурия, через Гродеково – Суйфэньхэ — 3,7 млн т (+9,7%), Нижнеленинское – Тунцзян – 2,5 млн т (+14,3%). На Камышовой – Хуньчунь зафиксировано снижение в размере 35,2%, до 980 тыс. т.
Существенную долю в экспортных перевозках занял уголь — 36,2%, или 7 млн т. В плюсе также — железная руда (3,6 млн, на 22,1% больше, чем годом ранее), бумага (1,6 млн т, +21,4%), удобрения (978 тыс. т, рост в 2,2 раза), химикаты (574 тыс. т, +21,5%), цветные металлы (515 тыс. т, рост в 1,8 раза), нефтяные грузы (417 тыс. т, рост в 1,4 раза).
