Ранее глава министерства Алексей Чекунков говорил, что резидентами МТОР смогут стать российские компании с участием иностранных граждан и юрлиц, чьи капиталовложения составят не менее 500 миллионов рублей. Эти компании должны будут заниматься производством продукции «с высокой добавленной стоимостью».
