Торги проходили в рамках банкротства компании «Праймэйра», которой принадлежит земельный участок площадью 0,3 га и неэксплуатируемое здание бывшего вытрезвителя по адресу: Ставропольская ул., вл. 11/2.

Победителем торгов стала фирма «Строй-Монолит», предложившая за лот 96 млн рублей.

Что компания планирует делать с этим активом, пока неизвестно. Но не будем исключать, что площадку взяли под девелопмент.
