Яков является зятем директора ПСО «Казань» миллионера Равиля Зиганшина и, несмотря на юный возраст, имеет приличный послужной список. Ранее мужчину объявляли в федеральный розыск за разбой, а в 2021 году машина, в которой сидел Хачанян, сбила полицейского и протащила его 10 метров по земле в аэропорту Казани.
