Про Всеволожский район я, конечно, думал. Но я сознательно отказался затрагивать вопрос об изменении границ города, поскольку даже приведение муниципального деления в приличный вид в самом Петербурге — это на практике титаническая работа, для которой придётся преодолевать личную и корпоративную заинтересованность множества людей. Если удалось бы хоть в каком-то виде эту работу выполнить, можно было бы, конечно, уже и о расширении города говорить. Но пока лучше step by step.
(Если честно, то я всё чаще думаю, что в перспективе Петербург должен выйти на границы Ленинградского Пригородного района — тем более, что значительная часть этой задачи выполнена).
