Есть несколько готовых комплексов на которых я проверяю экономику будущей аренды на Бангтао.
Среди них готовые : Laguna Skypark , Diamond Resort Phuket (где я специально останавливался летом) и еще несколько.

Уже сейчас практически не реально ничего забронировать на сезон : декабрь, январь, февраль. Цена аренды студии 30 метров - 257.000 рублей за месяц (в сезон) или почти $2800 по текущему курсу.
В октябре цены вырастут еще…
Несложный расчет показывает, что правильная студия всего за 3 месяца аренды принесет 5-6% чистого дохода и останется еще 9 месяцев для максимизации дохода или самостоятельного использования.
