Замдиректора-распорядителя ФГВФЛ Светлана Рекрут особенно оценила схему «Чёрный список», по которой клиентам банка (без их ведома) повышали кредитный лимит до 100 тыс грн, а после выдавали эти деньги наличными подставным лицам по поддельным документам. Схема принесла 4,5 млрд грн.
По фактам незаконного вывода средств из Дельты в правоохранительные органы направлено почти 600 заявлений, в 14 из которых фигурируют бывшие владельцы и руководители банка, а в 219 – бывшие должностные лица банка.
