Согласно предварительным данным, взрывное устройство с силой 200 граммов в тротиловом эквиваленте было размещено в самокате, оставленном у подъезда жилого дома на Рязанском проспекте. Устройство было взорвано дистанционно примерно в 6 часов утра, когда генерал направлялся на работу.

По данному факту возбуждено уголовное дело, и в настоящее время следователи проводят допросы охранников комплекса.
