♦️ به گزارش خبرگزاری فرانسه به نقل از یک مقام آمریکایی، دونالد ترامپ، رئيس‌جمهوری ایالات متحده روز پنجشنبه ۱۸ بهمن ماه با امضای فرمان اجرایی مجوز تحریم دیوان کیفری بین‌المللی را صادر کرد. این اقدام در پی صدور حکم جلب از سوی این دیوان برای بنیامین نتانیاهو، نخست‌وزیر اسرائيل انجام شد. دولت نخست دونالد ترامپ پیش‌تر در پی آغاز تحقیقات دیوان کیفری بین‌المللی درباره ارتکاب جنایت جنگی در حضور نظامی آمریکا در افغانستان تحریم‌هایی را بر این عالی‌ترین مرجع قضایی بین‌المللی وضع کرده بود، با این حال، جو بایدن، رئيس‌جمهوری پیشین آمریکا این تحریم‌ها را لغو کرد. بایدن همچنین از تحریم دیوان در پی صدور حکم جلب برای نتانیاهو سرباززده بود.

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
