Es waren ca 250 g Seidentoffu noch da und Schokolade habe ich dann etwa 100 g genommen. Schoki geschmolzen und mit dem Handrührgerät ca 2-3 Minute verrührt. Die Konsistenz ist unglaublich cremig schokoladig. Und beim nächsten Mal nehme ich kleinere Gläschen, weil sie ist sehr mächtig die Mousse😅. Aber himmlisch schokoladig lecker.
